How our consultancy began

Our launch

Mundial Consulting was founded in 2003 as an independent consultancy for both the public and private sector organisations. Our objective from the beginning was to ensure we treated our clients, the way in which we would want to be treated ourselves. We’ve kept to that approach as our guiding principle.

From the beginning we were determined to create a brand rather than a group of individuals and to work across multiple disciplines and clients at the same time. By sharing experiences and ideas this way, this ensured that we ensure that we do not become to focussed on one element lose touch with what business requires in general.

In what is approaching our second decade of operation, we therefore continue to move with our customers and the business world within which they operate by finding new ways to solve problems we now continue by staying true to our beginnings whilst creating leading ideas.

Cognitive buildings

Smart buildings and connected buildings are popular acronyms for todays industry so we have taken a different view on this. Applying a cognitive approach to buildings and how technology can be applied means the user and customer experience is brought front and centre to the overall design.

We believe that technology should not replace what we expect from a workplace environment and we apply our knowledge of networks, customer service and UX design to apply this to what we call cognitive buildings.

We’ll soon be publishing some articles on our work and strategic partnerships. We’ll also be undertaking some public speaking events which we’ll post highlights and details of

Unifying Communications

Our consultancy begins with a look at core business applications and how users access those and not at the products so commonly known. We believe that simply picking a product that has capabilities is not a sound basis for a Unified Communications strategy.

By linking the user to their data and processes without barriers we are able to design a user experience that is supported by a technology. By approaching the question in this way, we are able to consult with a firm foundation and openly discuss the products that can deliver this.
