Functional

Our designs begin with functional requirements and concepts, to show the flow of information. We believe that Technology isn’t the key determining factor, however the application of functional requirements is always at the heart of our design process

By breaking down the requirements into Must, Could and Should using the MoSCoW methodology, we ensure that we create a strong framework against which to design.

By referencing back to this with stakeholders throughout the process, the overall design is de-risked and the end delivery kept on track.

Low level

Our low level designs ensure that the correct level of detail is provided to create a reference point for build or review by project teams. Building on the innovation we bring in concept to meet functional requirements, we ensure our designs are peer reviewed and available for detailed scrutiny.

We quickly adapt to learn the documentation our clients use to ensure that all documentation conforms to company standards. By undertaking this approach, we reduce the risk of unfamiliar processes and documentation that ca lead to future issues.

Storyboard

Used particularly for User Experience (UX) design, storyboarding is an essential art of bringing a design to life. By showing the interconnects between the user and technology, we ensure that the design is applicable to operational as well as technical build teams.

The graphical way in which we lay out the flow and design of a process translates well across different skills and disciplines within organisations. We never use the same model twice but use the same simple methodology which is to translate vision and requirements into the beginning of an operational design.

The concept designs you provided brought to life our vision for the project
